| What is MDS™ Technology? | |
REV's Modular Drive System technology is a complete, modular drive and intelligent energy storage system that enables rapid prototyping and platform integration in a wide variety of vehicles on the market today. Using REV's plug and play components and assemblies, on-board integrated systems operate the vehicle's drive, communications and charging equipment necessary for complete electrification. MDS technology incorporates an advanced AC drive permanent magnet motor, single-speed transmission, modular battery packs and is managed by a wireless-enabled power electronics and vehicle control system.
